Key Responsibility: Develop HR manual and establish effective human resource management system, Formulate, review and update different policy and procedures relevant to HRM. Strictly follow on HR SOP & others policy & manual.Compliance & COC issues, Labor Law, security system etc. will be preferred. Prepare human resource planning and recruitment appropriate employee to make sure that right number of people with right qualities are always available as per requirement. Conduct performance appraisal & KPI, and identify development needs of the employees and make succession planning. Conduct employee training needs, prepare annual training plan and arrange required training to develop the employees at all level of the facility.  Handling employee grievance and exercise disciplinary procedure/measures as per labor laws. Ensure personnel administration and human resource management of employees and workers of the factory in accordance with existing organizational policies as well as national and international laws and regulations. Ensure the all operations are carried out in the company in a safe and ethical way. Handled/solved day-to-day work related problems/quarry. Establish and maintain effective compliance management system and make sure that the facilities are all ways ready to face any social compliance audit. Conduct internal compliance audit and take necessary corrective actions to fulfill any requirement.  Face different Social compliance audits /Technical or Quality control audit. FCCA audit, C-TPAT audit, BSCI audit, SEDEX audit, WRAP Audit, ICS Audit Standard, Accord & Alliance, ETI, WCA including all 3rd Party audits confidently. Take proactive steps in Fire safety & Trained the all employee with practical way. Work closely with factory to facilitate and assist with reaching compliance standard
