1. Create, review and revise existing SOPs and Work Instruction (WI) to ensure a more rigorous approach towards plant safety.2. Managing raw material and chemicals inventory with based production volume.3. Liaise with supplier’s personnel regarding enquiries or problems related to raw feedstock supply. i.e: scheduled maintenance, supply load up/down, emergency shutdown.4. Liaise with Material Control Department personnel on delivery date adjustments, delivery delays and other special enquiries.5. Acting as Person-in Charge for dealing with Gas Malaysia personnel in regards to compliance of the Gas Supply Agreement.6. Managing nominations for natural gas usage with Gas Malaysia Energy and Services Sdn Bhd(GMES).7. Analyze daily natural gas usage according to production rate, product grade and variable process conditions.8. Assigned as a leader for plant demolished and recovery project 2022.9. Liaise with DOE for completion of the WN and WD for IETS and Scrubber operation to comply DOE regulation.10. Responsible to manage of the overall plant start-up and shut-down includes the utility plant.

1. Managed and planned production operation line according to production schedule, products grade transition and customer specification.2. Assigned as team leader during plant shutdown to monitor pre and post maintenance work such as vessel drain- out, Pump and line isolation, vessel pressurize and depressurization, vessel blowdown and others.3. As a Person in Charge for interlock and alarm system control in process plant.4. Prepare related daily report for Production line and process plant.5. Conduct training related to production operation and updates to any countermeasure on situation based operation trouble.6. Selected as a company representative for a site visit to UBE Thailand Rayong Plant for knowledge enhancement, discussions on variable methods to maintain low unit consumption.7. Supervised and provide training for new boardman and field technician until competency required by company is achieved.

1. Operate and monitor plant operation by updating daily report & log data, daily boardman report & daily inventory.2. Perform plant start-up and shutdown safely and timely as per SOP3. Operate and monitor plant parameter and respond accordingly to ensure safe plant operation.4. Perform troubleshooting on process problems.5. Ensure process variables in its operating limit in order to achieve product quality and quantity.

1. Confirm and carry out self-maintenance work such as strainer replacement or small leakage.2. Petrol, inspect and confirm operation status of rotating equipment and auxiliary system, valves position and instrumentations by using prepared checklist.3. Monitor and adjust the status of operating conditions of process units such as temperature, pressure, level, flow, and valve position within operating limit.4. Monitor and perform isolation, drain out, purging and pressure test work for maintenance activity during start-up and shutdown of plants.
