Business AnalystAct as point of reference (subject matter expert) to assist business team regionally on areas that are related to the treasury systems and projects.- Assist to transform business requirements from product SMEs into robust and efficient system solutions that meets the business needs.- Conduct business analysis with all relevant stakeholders (functional and technical) to ensure business requirements and objectives are fully satisfied before initiating the system development and implementations.- Assist in identifying, coordinating and implementing straight through processing, automation and/or system integration initiatives. Provide relevant feedback to challenge the current processes in view to continuously improve productivity in a controlled environment.- Conduct research and development of new systems, modules or products to support business growth.- Assuming the role of project team member (as defined in the project’s roles and responsibilities) in ensuring project deliveries meets the business purposes, requirements and justifications.Business support and administration- Provide business/functional systems and PCs/infrastructure support to GM business teams across the region. - Liaise with internal and external regulators, auditors in tactical and strategic decision making initiatives such as new solutions, services, processes, systems and outsourcing.- Provide administration support and attend to the business administration requests.
