As a McKenzie friend, I took responsibility to challenge an unfounded certificate claim for asylum in the UK and was successful for the claimant directly from the Home Office. Furthermore, I voluntarily became a guarantor in the UK with security and surety to bail a community member from an alleged crime while I visited him in the prison, appeared in the court, and was wholly active in communication with his solicitor and barrister until it was successfully ended. As a self-representative asylum seeker, I was able to determine the material mistake of the caseworker's decision of refusal. In another medical negligence case in the UK, I was also able to identify the irregularity of the surgery where the procedures proposed by the consultant were primarily inconsistent with the procedures actually undertaken. I drafted and challenged those matters and I was respectively granted refugee status and awarded compensation. I started my career in 2004 as a Founder and Director of an English Language Teaching Centre and continued until 2011. The service was expanded with 4 more branches. I also became the Managing Partner of an English Medium School between 2007 and 2008 and was employed as an IELTS instructor from 2008 to 2011. For security reasons (As I successfully organized and led a social movement to legally challenge a group of terrorists), I left Bangladesh.
