Tasks • Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information.• Ensure uninterrupted supply of electrical & mechanical spare parts availability for production as per specification.• Processing RFQ/PI, CS, purchase orders, CAPEX, MRO and maintain LC related all information through ERP.• Giving monthly reports for material purchase & checking materials working performance.• Monitoring C&F agents and transporters to ensure timely goods releasing and delivery from different ports.• Coordinating with banks to proceed LC and supplier's payment if needed procure spare parts from foreign.• Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.• Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.• Communicating needs & objectives to managers & key personnel in procurement, logistics & distribution.• Maintaining a personal tracker to monitor PR-Quotation-PO-Logistic-Received-MRR-Payment-Close.Achievement:• Long time saving cost purchase material from Authorized vendor also proper incurring for PR purpose. • Sourcing a good quality industrial product from local Hardware Tools & Machinery market Dhaka by using local language. • Develop Credit limits from 30 days to 45 days for procurement process.
