o Oversee the engineering team constructing the Teknaf 120m3 Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) and lead procurement as the convener of the procurement committee and monitor the budget according to the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP).o Supervise the assistant engineer, SWM facilitator, and WASH promoter for solid waste management activities (SWM) in the Teknafarea (Whykong, Hnila & Baharchara) in line with the 3R principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle).o Collaborate with the market management committee and local government institutions (LGIs) to ensure the smooth collection oftariffs from shops and households (HH) for the sustainability of solid waste management (SWM) activities in the Teknaf area.o Oversee the planning, drawing, design, and implementation of WASH infrastructure, including the water network, Pond Sand Filter(PSF), Rain Water Harvesting System (RWHS), and ensuring considerations for Persons with Disabilities (PWD).o Pay regular field visits to programme areas to observe progress, compliance of design, work specifications and quality of the work.o Take part in the situational analysis of programme areas, field survey, and collection of baseline and design data.o Assist the Head of Programme operation & Project manager to develop the project proposal, Project planning, and projectdevelopment.o Coordinate with WASH sector, DPHE, UNO, CiC and other stakeholders on the ground for smooth, efficient, and effectiveimplementation of the activities.o Assist in developing tools for monitoring, evaluation, construction, and quality control, as well as in developing SOPs for WASHrelatedmanuals and guidelines.o Provide progress reports to the Project Manager against the program log frame, in line with Oxfam's reporting requirements.o Preparation of weekly, monthly work plans and construction progress reports.

o Under my technical supervision, I have successfully overseen the construction of three piped water distribution networks with a capacity of 43,000 liters each in Rajapalong Union, Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar. Additionally, I have supervised the installation of 26 deep tube-wells (DTWs) and the construction of 24 WASH blocks at school premises in Ukhiya.o Working on CBO formation for O & M of Piped Water Distribution Network for collection of Tariff from Ukhiya Host Community.o Regular Supervise the planning, design and implementation of WASH Intervention's Construction work at host communities inUkhiya Upazila.o Manage construction contract by providing engineering support during project construction and process contract change orders anddesign revisions.o Assist the Team Leader in overall planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the project.o Coordination with other Actors (BRAC, DSK, SHED, Practical Action, ACF) for smooth operation of WASH activities at HostCommunity of Ukhiya Upazila.o Find opportunities for project expansion or development of new project.o Worked as a Center Manager to execute project activities successfully at Ukhiya Upazila.o Drawing, design and construction or rehabilitation of different types of WASH facilities as well as collaborative work with logistic/procurement to support quotations collection, quotation evaluation, contractor selection and preparing construction works bill andother documentation work for camp 8E & 9 adjacent fire incidence host communities.o Conduct regular monitoring and full technical supervision and provide technical inputs to the beneficiaries.o Provide specific technical support and capacity building to project staff.o Regular monitoring of ongoing construction activities to ensure that all the activities are executing as per design, specifications andwork schedule.o Develop and continually update Detailed Implementation Plans (DIPs) for the delivery of project infrastructure.
