E-boipotro is a nonprofit internet publishing organization that creates and publishes free Bengali books in epub format. We have a large collection of public-domain Bengali books including the complete works of noble laureate Rabindranath Tagore. We aim to create a one-stop open-source library for all public domain books written in the Bengali language.

- Manage 5 developers and guide them to solve system design and data structure related problems- R&D new healthcare interoperability standards and implement them in therap system- R&D performance optimization and stability enhancement of therap’s batch applications- Review code and test cases for upcoming releases- Coordinate with different teams to gather requirements/bugs/issues and update existing modules and design new features based on them

- Designed and developed a system to generate Therap’s new responsive dashboard from distributed configuration files- Designed and developed Therap’s Health Screening module- Mentored junior developers in the team and reviewed code from different projects

- Worked on Therap’s Health Tracking Suite Redesign- Rewrote Immunization Tracking Module- Added new features to the Health Information Exchange Module- Reviewed code from different projects inside and outside the team

- Redesigned Therap’s Health Information Exchange System- Migrated a few features in Therap’s Training Management System (TMS) to new UI and updated tech stack- Fixed miscellaneous bugs related to Therap’s Health Tracking Suite
