• Plan the largest mobile network in Bangladesh consisting of 84+ Million subscribers• Ensure Capital Expenditure of around 200 Mil USD per year Technology Budget• Technology selection and continuous improvement for Telenor's network infrastructure to have a consistent trend of reduced TCO and making sure the future technology and service evolutions (e.g. upgrade and new technology adoption) are secured• Deploy the largest networks all active equipment including 2G, 3G, 4G as well as any capacity solutions• Ensure delivery of different Core, Data, RAN Swap, Tx Expansion related Projects according to set timelines, scope and budgets with regular reporting to project sponsor/Management and ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle to achieve new/increasing demand of subscribers for revenue market growth• Explore and find out new business opportunities for Telenor leveraging on its network infrastructure and assets• Ensure Innovation and Research and Development of Telenor’s Business Unit in Bangladesh• Optimize OpEx so that Company meets targets• Leadership and Managerial experience for 150+ team members

• Implement 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE Rollout ensuring quality, cost efficiency and resource build-up• Direct and oversee total acquisition and management of BTS site locations • Direct, guide and oversee the Telecom Installation (TI) team for enhancing the network capacity • Site Design and Construction of all GP Infra taking into consideration cost effectiveness • Direct and Ensure different projects of access & transport network within desired timeline• Direct and Ensure E2E delivery of all CRM & IT Projects within approved timelines
