o Coordinate with external department for HR and GA activities (Socialsecurity,maintenance service, carservice,or any related).o Manage the over all general affaire of the plant and ensure that activities are executed properly as planned.o Security,safety,environment and health concern.o Administration of officesupplies and common are as such as Shuttlebus Control, car-park,canteen,lighting system, Security-guard, waste disposal…etc.o Infrastructure, building, utilities interms of maintenance and/or construction.

o Support the following main internal costumers : Corporate Banking, Lending, Internal Audit , Credam Compliance, Loan Admin.o Support the following main External costumers : External Audit, Corporate Banking o Responsible to deliver high standard of service to the bank customers Time frame for transaction (after document complete) , reminder payment due, monitoring of the complete transaction the customer requests/ inquiries are being well at tended to the customer satisfaction o Responsible to internal client in order to meet service quality o Show consistency in producing innovation/value added to improve the workflow o Show a bility to develop inter personal relationship with respective group in order to provide better service to costumer
