• Organize and facilitate and monitor awareness sessions with community and stakeholders• Plan, conduct and monitor field activities like birth registration campaigns, meetings with parents, meetings with U.C Secretaries etc• Assist project coordinator in preparing work plan and designing field activities• Prepare activity reports, monthly reports, quarterly reports of the project• Liaison with various stakeholders in order to ensure inclusive and participatory intervention• Assist the project coordinator in formation of CSCs and Youth Groups as per the requirement of the project• Establish Community Based Child Protection Form (CBCPF) and organize its regular meetings• Facilitate the meetings of CSCs and Youth Groups with community and other stakeholders on child protection issues and ensure child rights • Identify and bring into action the field resources and field support for the implementation of the project• Liaison with concerned government departments for referral of the cases of child abuse and child exploitation
