I am running a small team. My day to day job involve managing and designing sprints to reach team milestones, solving system design related issues, dealing with system scalability, fixing bug and support running system.

Holidaylead (https://intercom.holidayleads.de)My main job responsibilities includes developing new features for our portals, bug fixing, maintaining and supporting our systems. As our system is getting bigger and larger so I am always looking for contemporary approaches for more stable and scalable system design. I have been working in this company since June 2013.

My primary responsibility was, as a Sr. Software Engineer is to handle ongoing project's critical issues.Analyze them and fix them. Find the proper cause and apply the counter measure of those issue. My job responsibility also include issue tracking and distribute of those issue among my team member in respect of their wights. Also proper collaboration with my team members for success full project completion is another thing to consider.
