As an eLMIS Consultant, my main role is to provide technical guidance and support to the MTaPS Philippines team and the DOH in implementing an eLMIS in the country. This involves various responsibilities:1. Assisting in soliciting and selecting an eLMIS solution provider, ensuring they meet technical and capacity requirements, and presenting the selection recommendation to MTaPS and DOH for approval.2. Collaborating with eLMIS solution providers, DOH, and MTaPS to create a comprehensive roadmap for eLMIS implementation. This includes business analysis, defining functional requirements, determining customization needs, and developing a technical implementation approach. Additionally, I help in creating a detailed plan and budget for DOH to implement eLMIS3. Providing technical guidance during the configuration, customization, and implementation of the eLMIS. This involves overseeing progress, identifying risks, issues, suggesting workarounds, and supporting the MTaPS in managing vendor performance.4. Reviewing the sustainability roadmap for the Vaccine Logistics Management Information System and ensuring integration with the eLMIS including data migration from the Pharmaceutical Management Information System (PMIS) and Integrated Tuberculosis Information System (ITIS) to eLMIS.5. Providing technical guidance in the development and adjustment of the eLMIS implementation, such as timeline changes and identifying gaps or risks in the activities. I propose suitable mitigation actions and offer technical advice on IT/IS aspects, functionality feasibility, report generation, and dashboard updates based on end-users' needs and change requests during implementation phases, including feedback gathered during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Training of Trainers (TOT), and End User Training (EUT).6. Working closely with DOH, the MTaPS team, and Bileeta (the eLMIS Solution Provider) to ensure implementation adheres to industry standards for information system management.

Validate the use cases for barcode implementation for primary/secondary packaging with country-level stakeholders.2. Assess country readiness in select countries and identify challenges, opportunities and risks to implement barcodes on secondary and primary packaging of vaccines.3. Identify and define the set-up and long-term costs to implement barcodes on secondary and primary packaging for each of the selected use cases, including the incremental costs of implementing barcodes on primary packaging as compared to barcodes on secondary packaging only.4. Develop an illustrative implementation roadmap to advance implementation of secondary packaging in LMICs and primary packaging if feasible.5. GHSC-PSM began in Nepal in April 2016 with the objective of supporting the public health supply chain to improve the availability of quality-assured health commodities at SDPs. The project also provides training and tools to the Logistics Management Division (LMD) to manage the supply chain more sustainably. I have Joined USAID | DELIVER PROJECT in 2009 for analysis, design and development of logistics web-based application. Pakistan has complex multi-stakeholder environment for health and population sector. Therefore, it was indeed a challenge to develop the automated Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) that meets requirements of all stakeholders. DELIVER PROJECT successfully developed the system and major achievement is that Government of Pakistan owned this system and hosted under gov domain i.e. http://lmis.gov.pk. Initially developed and implemented for contraceptives and later adapted and enhanced for TB drugs and EPI vaccinesI was involved in warehouse rehabilitation project which includes layout designing and installation of Pallet and Racking system, stackers, forklifts and to implement automated Warehouse Management System (WMS) . The salient features of WMS is barcoding, FEFO implementation, locations assignment of products, adjustments etc. In order to ensure Commodity Security, contraceptive forecasting and quantification, that I did every year from 2009-2016 and as a result of this exercise USAID brought $108m contraceptives during the project life. Involved in software development of Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) for vaccines, Contraceptives and TB-Drugs. This software can be accessed through http://lmis.gov.pk. There is high level ownership of Government of Pakistan resulting in smooth implementation throughout the country. The LMIS is responsive to respond all areas and tiers of supply chains. The focus area are Inventory Management at Federal to Tehsil tiers, Consumption Reporting at last mile, Cold Chain Equipment Module (CCEM) and Campaign Management. I was also involved in large IT equipment procurement for health and population department and EPI program and procured IT equipment USD ~3 million.Also incorporated GIS web-maps in LMIS for all health commodities in LMIS.
