Have sound experience in Project Management, Public Health Logistics & Supply Chain, IT Management and eLMIS Development for Public Sector.Working with GHSC-PSM, Nepal since December 2016 as MIS Advisor to strengthen supply chain of health commodities of MoHP, Nepal. eLMIS is successfully implemented in two provinces and scale-up is planned in current fiscal year (2019). The existing implementation includes mobile app at HFs for inventory management. As MIS Advisor, I am also responsible to have strong liaison with MoHP and it Health Divisions and External Development Partners (EDPs) for effective rollout of eLMIS. Pakistan has complex multi-stakeholder environment for health and population sector. Therefore, it was indeed a challenge to develop the automated Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) that meets requirements of all stakeholders. DELIVER PROJECT successfully developed the system and major achievement is that Government of Pakistan owned this system and hosted under gov domain i.e. http://lmis.gov.pk. Initially developed and implemented for contraceptives and later adapted and enhanced for TB drugs and EPI vaccinesI was involved in warehouse rehabilitation project which includes layout designing and installation of Pallet and Racking system, stackers, forklifts and to implement automated Warehouse Management System (WMS) . The salient features of WMS is barcoding, FEFO implementation, locations assignment of products, adjustments etc. In order to ensure Commodity Security, contraceptive forecasting and quantification, that I did every year from 2009-2016 and as a result of this exercise USAID brought $108m contraceptives during the project life. Involved in software development of Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) for vaccines, Contraceptives and TB-Drugs. This software can be accessed through http://lmis.gov.pk. There is high level ownership of Government of Pakistan resulting in smooth implementation throughout the country. The LMIS is responsive to respond all areas and tiers of supply chains. The focus area are Inventory Management at Federal to Tehsil tiers, Consumption Reporting at last mile, Cold Chain Equipment Module (CCEM) and Campaign Management.
