Senior Sales Engineer
CurrentAssist Account Managers and Sales Executives to complete Technical Closure in a Sales Cycle. Demonstrate Product Capbilities, conduct Proof of Concepts, configure custom demos and establish the right connect between the product capabilities and the customer requirements.Assist Account Management teams with technical assistance for Product Sales via Presales activities.Address Customer problems, map them to product technical capabilities and address business use cases for solving customer problems.Explain the product and the various Cybersecurity use cases that the product would address and generate curiosity within the customer via product demonstrations and Custom PoCs.Implement the Solution on Customer premises for conducting PoCs in Customer environments.Assist troubleshooting of issues faced during PoC. Provide Technical assistance and enable build customer confidence on Product technical capabilities.Ensure regular follow ups and assist the sales closure technically. Prepare custom deployment architecture of the product with respect to customer environments and their specific requirements.
