Undergraduate Teaching Fellow for the JCOM 2020 Communication Research Methods course. This is the required Quantitative Intensive course for all Journalism and Communication majors, and uses statistics paired with research to elevate students' understanding of effective journalism practices and communication. Through taking this course my own I was able to find a love for statistics and the knowledge that can be shared because of it. Assisting students by providing supplementary instruction, teaching lessons on my own, and meeting one-on-one with 45+ students helped to solidify the course subject in their mind. I had many students thank me for the effort I put into my work when the semester was over, citing my help as the reason they were able to pass the course.
