I was required to understand and analyze the given company‟s usage and awareness of digital marketing and social media for their recruitment process and Company Branding. I conducted feedback calls and reported the issues and suggestions given by the customers. I had to come up with ideas to maintain good rapport with the major clients of Naukri.com. I was allowed to be creative and my suggestions were considered and implemented as well, I was lucky to be part of an organization where the interns are given an opportunity to contribute and get involved in the business process.
