This includes reviewing their resume against skill set and experience requirements and coordinating technical assessments & scheduling their interviews. • Worked on W2/C2C/C2H/Fulltime requirements according to the requisition of Client/Vendor.• Aggressive networking in the marketplace to source qualified candidates. • Scheduling interviews for the shortlisted consultants (both telephonic and in-person). • Following-up on each submitted candidate until the candidate is accepted / rejected.• Mentoring & Training junior and incoming recruiters.
