Driven by my passion for data analysis and automation, I made a transition to the Data team as a Junior Data Business Analyst, where I honed my skills in tools such as SQL, Python, and HTML. Leveraging my expertise, I automated daily reports, enhanced data accuracy and timeliness, and provided valuable insights to support informed decision-making. Following my promotion to Data Analyst, I assumed responsibility for analyzing and supporting the Auto vertical, delivering innovative solutions that drive business results.Currently, I am spearheading the development of a self-serving platform known as Metrics Platform that provides real-time, accurate metrics for the organization. I am thrilled about the opportunity to further apply my skills and expertise in driving growth and delivering value to stakeholders. I am passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to optimize processes, improve performance, and achieve strategic business objectives.

As an Associate Operations Manager at Rapido, I had a valuable learning experience managing PAN-India auto driver communications in regional languages, as well as overseeing customer engagement activities for the auto vertical. In this role, I planned and executed rewards and recognition initiatives for auto drivers across all cities and mentored a group of interns to collect customer and driver feedback on the Rapido platform. Additionally, I was part of the incentive optimization team, where I devised a unique driver incentive plan that yielded impressive results in Chennai. One of my most significant contributions was leading the app localization feature, a vital component of Rapido's expansion in the Indian market. I personally created content in Telugu, Hindi, and English, collaborated with multiple city teams for other languages, and even met with auto drivers to gather their feedback before finalizing the content. This feature had a significant impact on the Rapido auto driver community, providing them with a clear understanding of their earnings breakdown and rate cards.

As a project intern in an e-bikes initiative for last mile connectivity, I successfully deployed 300 e-bikes in just 20 days, while also improving their uptime by mitigating vandalism. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we had to halt the project. However, I quickly adapted to my new role and developed my operations skill set to launch Rapido Auto in Hyderabad. I'm proud to have led the launch effort, making Hyderabad the first city to achieve a record-breaking number of rides and profitable revenue in Rapido's history. It was an amazing experience to help bring efficient and affordable transportation to people who need it most.

During my mandatory 6-month internship, I had the opportunity to work in various departments at the company. In the spares and inventory department, I gained practical experience in inventory management, which included stock-taking, procurement, and distribution. In the insurance department, I learned about the warranty claim process, including the regulations governing it. Additionally, I gained knowledge of the procedures involved in handling accident insurance claims.Working in the service advisor department, I was exposed to the service process, including the preparation of service manuals and vehicle health checks. I learned how to interact with customers effectively and ensure that their needs were met. Overall, this internship has provided me with a solid foundation in various aspects of the automotive industry and helped me gain hands-on experience in key areas, which I believe will be invaluable in my future career.
