Key Achievements: • Member of the Board of Directors of the organisation. • Member of the management team since the inception of the organisation and helped scale it to its current size of 5,500 associates in IT, BPO and Analytics verticals.• Creation of a values and ethics driven culture as prevailing in the parent organisation. • Successful creation of long-term organisational design, leadership pipeline and succession planning strategies.

Responsible for recruitment across 12 countries in AsiaPac (Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Australia) leading an 83-member team

Responsible for the HR function of Motorola’s Paging group in India (which included the Paging Manufacturing Unit, Page Point Services, Paging Software group and Paging Marketing group) comprising 2000 employees.

Responsible for the HR function of the organisation, a pioneering paging services company in India and in effect the first call centres operating out of four cities in the country. Also responsible for the operations of the organisation in terms of Service Quality, SLAs, Productivity, etc. of the Operations Department.

Was a member of the corporate Organisation Development department. Apart from the expected OD deliverables of diagnosis and intervention in various units of the company, also assisted the department head in the designing of compensation and benefit structures and senior level recruitment.

Was a member of the HR team at their plant at Bombay and handled day-to-day ER, welfare and legal disputes. Assisted the department head in negotiations and settlements with the Employees Union.
