Looking after a PNPA(Pre-Non-Performing Asset) pool involves managing various financial products and accounts, including auto loans, home loans, credit cards, overdraft (OD) accounts, jewel loans, BLG (Business Loan Group) accounts, and more. The role requires a comprehensive approach to ensure the performance of assets, monitor repayments, and identify any early signs of delinquency or default.Key Responsibilities:1.Auto Loan Management: •Overseeing the auto loan portfolio(Bkt-1,2,3).These buckets represent different stages of delinquency based on the number of days past due: •Bucket 1: Early-stage delinquency (usually 30 days past due). •Bucket 2: Medium-stage delinquency (typically 60 days past due). •Bucket 3: Late-stage delinquency (90 days or more past due). •Ensuring proactive collections and implementing strategies to avoid loans slipping further into delinquency.2.Home Loans, Credit Cards, and OD Accounts: •Monitoring these products to ensure customers meet their repayment obligations. •Maintaining strong relationships with customers to address any concerns before they become major issues.3.Jewel Loans and BLG Accounts: •Tracking jewel loan repayments and managing the collateral (gold) to mitigate risks. •For BLG accounts, ensuring businesses remain financially healthy and timely repayments are maintained.4.Single View Pool: •Maintaining asingle,consolidated marketview of all loans and liabilities held by a borrower across various products which helps in identifying early signs of financial distress.5.PNPA Pool Management: •Identifying accounts that are approaching the PNPA stage and working on recovery strategies and NPA pool .Engaging with customers in delinquency buckets to resolve payment issues and bring their accounts back to a performing status.This role involves close coordination with collections teams, risk management, and customer service teams to ensure that the pool of assets is well-managed and that risks are mitigated early.
