• Protection of Company’s Legal rights (food law, general law matters, Local Code, WHO Code )• Follow up cases including providing inputs/ drafting petition with the Lawyers on :1. Custom Cases;2. Other Legal matters. • Checking Artwork, product label and other communication materials for ensuring compliance with food laws, BSTI Ordinance, WHO/ Bangladesh Code and other relevant laws.• Drafting and vetting all kinds of legal document.• Preparation of draft agreement, amendment, renew and termination etc. • Maintain and monitor Legal spending budget.• Continuous review of policy & procedures based on changes in the laws.• Working with Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, Board of Investment, Custom excise & Vat and other related Govt. Offices. • Supervision of cases pending before Judges Courts and High Court Division.• Providing all necessary legal requirement instructed by management.
