• Preparation and recommendation of credit proposals, Renewal with enhancement/reduction of existing credit facilities adherence with internal policies, process and external financial regulations.
• Due diligence with project analysis i.e. analysis of projected cash flow statement, financials with the help of DSCR, Ratios, ICRRS/CRG and other tools to determine feasibility of proposed project from clients.
• Preparation of call report & verification of stock report, debtor & creditor report submitted by clients.
• Preparation of various financial statement and relevant analytical reports as required.Major Achievement:
• Under 56 core industry and sub-industry segments, CRM visit completed of 1294 clients, assessed 971 clients & prepared 814 clients’ appraisal worth of BDT 2736 million located in Chattogram, Dhaka, Cox’s Bazar.
• Involved in projects like ‘Effective Factors regarding Team Monitoring’; ‘Credit Visit Report’ and ‘Factors regarding Overdue & Its Management Process’.
