KC has embarked on its Commercial Transformation journey with emphasis on RGM and TPM. We have started a global business process transformation and digital standardisation of TPX. As the Global Product and Engineering Lead i am responsible for giving shape to the strategy and enable its fruition for all the regions. Lead a team of TPM experts and work with the commercial teams to define regional and global best practices, evaluate available options for digitising these processes and then work with our partners to realize this digital platforming.

As a Solution Lead I was responsible for engaging with prospects and existing customers to understand their business objectives, jointly work on defining their digital road-map for TPX and play an advisory role.Worked with major CPG clients across Europe to define their future state TPX business processes and help them map these processes to XTEL solution. Partnered with them to help govern their global TPX programs with the proper execution methodologies.

Principal Consultant within the Retail/CPG unit at Mindtree, specializing in TPM. Have been the lead functional consultant in the TPM program for one of the largest CPG company in the world to define, execute and manage their global TPM program spread across 4 continents. Have helped define and document the TPM road-map and business processes for the South East Asian arm of a major CPG MNC as part of a larger consulting exercise. Conducted a workshop with business functions from 6 countries and helped them arrive at an aligned regional process. This was followed up with a detailed business process definition exercise for the entire region. Worked with the Australian arm of a multinational pharmaceutical company to define their TPM processes and help them align their strategic objectives with the optimal solution available in the market. Ran a 6 week business process definition project to define and document their TPM processes. Regularly engage with CPG companies to understand their strategic needs in the area of TPM and help them give structure to their road-map and define frameworks to streamline the journey.

Although a short stint, this experience was invaluable for the exposure it gave me. Was involved in defining the Campaign management process for a major insurance firm of India and implementing the CRM product. My responsibilities involved defining the campaign management process along with leading the functional and technical consultants to implement the solution.
