Current• Posting the profile on all job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, Career Builder, Techfetch and Linkedin etc.• Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals and other Networking sites.• Retrieve the requirements from various portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Techfetch, Monster, Google groups, etc.• Posting list of bench consultants on networking websites to reach maximum no. of Prime Vendors.• Present the bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the matching requirement.• Responding to the calls of vendors checking the positions with vendors and checking the best consultant on bench and submitting the right profile.• Rate negotiations with the vendors for the right (quality) requirements.• Constant follow up with vendors for quality submissions.• Scheduling the interviews for consultants, preparing the consultant and closing the positions.• Rapport Building with the top tier vendors.• Regularly checking the requirements from vendors with whom I closed the positions earlier.• Process candidates from initial contact through entire interview/placement process which includes interview scheduling and follow up.• Attending the daily conference with Marketing manager and giving him the updates on each consultant who were allocated to me.• Called bench consultants daily, boosting their confidence in way to crack the interviews.• Making sure the contract and PO is done after the confirmation.• Strong in Google search & research.• Have good knowledge on job portals like Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder etc.
