Supply planning, production planning, coordination and execution coordination of the orders placed in Bangladesh, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Vietnam and ensure a resilient supply chain management.Responsibilities/Achievements:• Supply Chain and Capacity Planning – Responsible to fill the capacity and Collaborating with the sales and manufacturing team to improve the earnings and utilize the maximum of the capacity.• Material Planning with leading in logistics decisions in order to maintain optimum inventory level without impacting the plan. • Routinized the regular logistics activities and cut down 28.5% of cost without impacting the performance.• In a driving role to increase the Cambodia production plant monthly average earning from $ 0.6 Million to 1.6 Million within 13 months as a team.• Responsible for country-wise capacity allocation and placing orders accordingly.• Plan and monitor execution of the orders placed to Bangladesh, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Vietnam to ensure the garment delivery as planned.• Cut down the “Zero Production Days” to “Nil” with the product category fine-tuning.• Rationalize the production lines according to the product category and capacity.• Directed factory to achieve 65% efficiency on 5th day of line starting and maximum to 90% efficiency.• Look for continuous improvement to increase efficiency and earning along with the plant management and do the needful.

Responsible for capacity & production planning incl. coordination of a massive production capacity consisting of 5 production units and 3 washing plants producing denim products.Duties/Achievements:• Responsible for planning & execution of total 91 lines of 5 production units (2.7 Million pcs per month) with digital planning. • Key responsible for maintaining $17 million FOB cash flow per month as a target from management.• Focused on OTDIF and Achieved 98.8% OTD.• Achieved 100.6% order to ship as a whole group and factory highest as 102.6%.• Planned to maintain a 98% cut to ship ratio.• Initiate, drove and achieved the record amount earning with the help of the management and production unit heads.
