The project objective is to provide support and enhancements to All technical teams under Asset Management.As a support and enhancement engineer for a Banking Client my job roles includes Provide Application support and maintenance for Business Critical, SLA’s and monitoring Application as per ITIL process. Handling Incident Management responsibilities across the Applications and engaging TMIM(Global Incident Management) for business impacts Build and Release – Attending change management calls and performing pre and post validations on all effected applications making sure applications are available without any unexpected downtime Configuration management – Performing a major role in Applications on-boarding and decommissioning as per the Wells Fargo defined guidelines Technology Coordination – Co-ordinate with all outside vendors for existing data flows and new ones to meet the defined SLAs Application Monitoring – Defining automatic validation scripts to continuously check the health of public facing application to make sure any issue is identified before its reported by Business Cloud applications support – Monitor applications hosted in Azure cloud and perform Batch troubleshooting on jobs running on Cloud servers. Business continuity – Playing a critical role is publishing and maintaining and performing BCP tests depending on the application criticality Batch Monitoring and enhancements – Enhance and monitor the Autosys and Batch scripts across all applications by monitoring Autosys for any SLAs, Open Alarm, late jobs ITRS Geneos – Created efficient monitoring in ITRS Geneos to monitor vast volume(8k+) of autosys batches and created multiple dashboards for effective monitoring Proactivity monitor and fix the late running or max running jobs by keeping an eye on Job SLA’s Deployments – Perform the deployments through Manual and Automated tools

Fully complies with regulatory requirements for archiving across bank. AxsPoint : Is a COLD System (Computer Output on Laser Disk) used for archiving reports generated out of ledger systems used across globe. Implemented for all Asia pacific, Great Britain and Paris branches, 100+ Applications interfaces for sending reports, 3000+ bank operations users using the application. AXSDBImage : is in-house developed interface which uses Axspoint features of COOL and archives images in PDF format. Used by both internal bank users along with External customers of the bank through a dedicated Graphical user interface for viewing/downloading images in PDF format.The project objective is to provide support and enhancements to Deutsche bank Electronic Database Management System. And deliver the data requested by client in requested formats.As a Oracle developer for a Telecom Client my job roles includes• Loading Raw Call Detail Records from flat files in Daytona (Patented by client, queried using Cymbal language) file system to Oracle Database.• Writing SQL Queries, PL/SQL Procedures, functions, packages.• Writing Automated Unix Shell scripts for the data loading and checking process• Data integrity checks in both Oracle Database and Daytona file.• Summarizing the data in different levels (Includes site level, MSISDN level, Market, Submarket, region Level) in Oracle DB.• And to monitor and report the performance of Cell sites based on some metrics using the Data collected above.• Generating Reports in the format requested by client.
