Senior Performance Marketing Manager
CurrentResponsibilities:- Creating and executing extensive paid media strategies across various digital platforms, including Social, Search, and Programmatic advertising, while managing the entire campaign lifecycle, including setup, budget allocation, audience targeting, creative coordination, and A/B testing.- Managing a team of 8 associates, with responsibilities that include emphasizing strategy, executing tasks, managing issue resolution and client relationships, and providing mentorship.- Collaborating with the creative team to ensure the development of compelling and effective ad creatives that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.- Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation within the paid media and analytics workflows.
