Leading with empathy, putting a strong emphasis on talent development and employee well-being, resulting in improved team empowerment, work-life balance and personal growth metrics. - Managing the performance of Established Brands, with a $100 million business and a portfolio of 80+ products across Oncology, Hematology, Neurology, Ophthalmology and other therapeutic areas. Under my leadership, we reached 120% sales performance for 3 key products within Established Brands and optimized portfolio promotion costs by 50%. - Driving Transformational Change and Operational Excellence by embracing customer-first approach, implementing data-driven decision-making strategies, and applying agile principles. Created new data infrastructure & analytics dashboards, expanded the use of digital tools for customer satisfaction and introduced agile framework in the department. - Actively promoting a culture of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, by applying new innovation framework based on rapid experimentation and collaboration with external Healthcare ecosystem. Initiated a fully digital business model for a new indication of established dermatology product. During my time as Digital Lead at Novartis Oncology, I pioneered the digital transformation across 15 European Central Cluster (ECC) countries, primarily covering Baltic and Adriatic regions. Initially appointed as the sole digital function representative, my role was to establish and lead a cross-country Digital and Innovation organization, with main responsibilities in: - Organizational Leadership: Starting as the single point of contact, I built and directed a team of 14 digital experts, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across multiple countries.- Strategic Development and Execution: I was directly accountable for formulating and implementing cross-country Digital & Innovation strategy, which was focused around 4 key pillars: Omnichannel Engagement, Data Infrastructure & Analytics, Digital Health Solutions, and Digital Culture Transformation. - Cross-Cluster Communication and Alignment: As part of the cluster Leadership team, I acted as the bridge between country leadership teams and the Global & Region Europe digital teams. My role ensured the integration, funding, and successful execution of digital priorities and projects within each country's strategy and tactics. - Digital Culture Transformation and Upskiling: I significantly contributed to the digital cultural shift in entire organization, focusing on data-driven decision-making and internal operating models. Initiatives under my leadership included launching Data Visualization Hub Globally and piloting a new ways of working model based on Fluid Organization frameworks and Agile principles across Region Europe. - Innovation in Digital Health Solutions: I was directly involved in developing, piloting, and scaling impactful Digital Health Solutions aimed at patients and healthcare professionals. It was a summer internship at the leading bank in Sweden and Baltic countries. I assisted Human Resource Managers at various tasks, mainly with recruitment and selection of new employees. My primary duties were evaluation of job applications and conducting job interviews. I was also highly involved in Organisational Identity and Organisational Diversity projects, participated in various training programs and familiarized with internal structure and organisational culture of the bank.
