About Oinas Saila

My interest areas have been access management, master data management and ITIL processes. I have done data modelling for the operational management systems according to ITIL processes and maintainance of the master data in the systems. In data maintenance the used tools have been MS Excel and the system tools.Consulting the user groups in data implementations and training of the system both for interest groups and users have been a big part of my work.Interest groups have been eg. customer service managers and service desks.I’m used to work with international work community and eager to learn new things.
