proper distribution of manpower according to requirements & leading them. performing shift maintenance & routine inspection duty for mechanical maintenance to minimize plant/machinery downtime.coordinates with production, planning & control(ppc).proper isolation & loto procedure ensuring during work permit issue.sharing knowledge about job safety, self safety, machinary safety details with Crue members, also about quality work & time management during maintenance & production.very good knowledge of maintenance in conveyors,hammer & roller crushers, gearboxes,reclaimer, pumps.also a record breaking shift incharge highest ever Crushing in a shift.

maintain proper log sheets, breakdown, shutdowns data's.giving responsible to technicians, also collecting proper results.planning for shift maintenance & production target.physically inspection of all equipments, lubrication systems, and preparing for maintenance.coordinates with yard management for proper material management, also interacting with team members for safe work & equipment health.

this is where my journey started, back in 2013.I lern lots of things like Industrial safety, self safety at work, operation of moulding machines.physically I engaged my self for maintenance during breakdown of both Injection & compression moulding machines.also excellent skill of target achiever I got employee of the month award in just my 3rd month of job.
