Setup an offshore development team to scale rapidly. From the time I "git init"ed the first repo, we haven't stopped until we built a fully functioning solution within a few months. My stability tests helped identify system stability issues to drive towards a 100% stable platform• Personally conducted memory analysis and optimization of the system to reduce minimum memory requirement for the product from 2GB to 1.5GB.
