I own Tulsa Pack Athletics, an industry leader in community building and virtual training. I have a team of about 20 trainers in 4 countries. I built it all in three years with only social media. No ads. No investors. For almost two decades, I have been a veterinary technician and dog trainer working primarily with large, powerful, and/or working breeds on companion training and behavioral rehabilitation.I follow the humane hierarchy and would be classified as a LIMA trainer. In this line of thought, I created the #openmindedapproach which incorporates the humane hierarchy for the dogs AND the humans. This model is widely known thruout America, Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia. At this point, I would love to help other businesses learn how to cultivate and build self-sustaining communities thru understanding and leveraging social media, which is complicated and confusing. It just happens to be my other special interest. I’ve spent the last three years hyper focusing on understanding how to collect data and interpret multiple algorithms across many platforms.
