Bi-monthly, a monthly and quarterly review of the actual achievements against the recruitment plans, reporting of variances & suggestions for corrective actions.Performance management of the categories of Project staff Digitalization of the hiring process through online applications, Spark-hire, interview Mocha, Workable.Development of roasters of, consultants, technical experts, keeping the database of selected suppliers/vendors/consultants updated, continuing evaluation of suppliers and vendors, and performance measurement mechanisms.Responsible for all procurement and contracting matters in the project, across federal, provincial, and fields offices focusing on achievement of the following results:Preparation of procurement plans takes lead for consolidation of procurement plans of all locations, approvals of the plan, and implementation and monitoring in close association with component leads. Initiating and timely completion of all procurement activities.• Ensures review of procurement documentation for enhancing internal efficiency and best value for money;• Initiation and organization of procurement processes including preparation and conduct of RFQs, ITBs or RFPs, receipt of quotations, their evaluation, negotiation of certain conditions of contracts in full compliance with UNDP rules and regulations.Responsible for development of all bidding documentation, in close consultation with project technical experts, program and operations teams;Assist with procurement activities and help identify most suitable procurement strategies to meet the identified equipment/service needs, in close liaison with UNDP operations team;Ensure that UNDP and donor rules, regulations & procedures as they relate to procurement administration are fully adhered to;
