•Providing advice to staff, and managers on a broad range of human resources functions, including recruitment and retention, interpretation of policies, awards and employment-related legislation, management of leave, informal performance and grievances, performance development, restructures, and position grading•Supporting in the development of key people and culture initiatives and training materials•Participating in People & Culture related projects including accreditation activities and other Recognition programs•Working with the Lead Business Partners to identify areas for improvement and opportunity through engagement surveys, exit interviews, and general staff feedback•Working for the development and engagement of a consistent and positive WHS culture across the organisation•Working closely with the Stakeholders to support organisational initiatives and program deliveries
