Total I have 4.5years experience in 2 different industries.currently I working with Ark Info solution Pvt Ltd. As an Inside Sales Executive (it sales). 1.So basically we sourcing the data at own form multiple platforms. 2.after that we generate the leads and convert into closer with the help of resellers. 3. Resolved all customer queries and doubt on the calls & mails.4. sometimes doing negotiation with the customer on prices and quantities.5.every day doing planning to increase the business and revenue.6. End of the day reporting to TL and manager and discuss about daily to daily sales and add new strategies to increase more business .
