• Processing payroll and managing government payroll tax remittances for locally engaged staff. • Preparing budgets for government and community based organization and reporting on budget variances.• Developing finance, administrative, and personnel policies and procedures.• Procuring office equipment, office supplies, subcontracted services, vehicles, etc. according to the guidelines established by CIDA and the CEA.• Developing competitive tenders for the procurement of project equipment according to the Guidelines established by CIDA and the CEA.• Transmitting all required financial reporting data and backups.• Preparing cash flow and expenditure forecasts, reconciling or supervising the reconciliation of bank accounts.• Coordinate with various staff for operational support activities of the unit; serve as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems. • Provide administrative support for various departments govt agencies and resolving a range of administrative problems and inquiries. • Operate technologies and networks to compose and edit correspondence and memorandum from dictation, verbal direction and from knowledge of policies of established departments/divisions; prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit and distribute agendas and minutes of numerous meetings.
