• Responsible for day-to-day management and oversight for for Editorial, Motion Graphics, Finishing and Audio divisions• Responsible for bottom line results within the Post Production departments • Successfully manage and motivate a team of 16+, including post producers, editors, assistant editors, audio engineers, workflow manager and client service manager• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with 3rd party vendors and artists• Build and implement models for project workflow based on scope of master deliverables and timelines
