KP Youth Employment Program is a joint project of KP IT Board and the World Bank, aimed at empowering young minds. Around 2100+ students were trained in 2016 & with more broad vision and scope it is here to empower around 40,000 more grads of KP in its Phase II.Being one of the mentors of this amazing Project, the sessions revolve around the following:- Developing a specific niche in Information Technology and also developing a holistic understanding of development trends, plans, and usage.- Inspiring & leveraging their entrepreneurial skills and coming up with their own ventures and creating social impacts.- “Personal Branding” in the digital world and also, how can they utilize different digital tools to create earning opportunities for them and others.- Expressing thoughts in a clear, concise and efficient manner- Developing logical thinking that is most appropriate for development- Inculcating Entrepreneurial and Innovation spirit in them and teaching them how to communicate with client's, both verbally and visually in a more effective manner.- Professional networking and building synergies with like-minded professionals for the exchange of knowledge and leveraging on common skills.To Learn More: https://www.kpyep.com/
