Development Project Design and Services Ltd. (DPDS) is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified socio-economic and engineering consulting firm established in 1998 in response to the needs for socio-economic development. It aims at working as an international consultant concerned with socio-economic and engineering development. SDCMU is utilizing the funds provided by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).Responsible for Project office administration, supervision, and monitoring of field staff. Maintenance of input records for Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, Regional Engineer, and Site Engineer. Assist TL/DTL for Prepared the monthly, quarterly, and annual progress Reports; Schedule and participate in maintaining meetings and other activities on E-correspondence with Clients, Donors, and other Participants. Coordinate meetings or events involving a number of participants; Typed documents and reports some of which were highly confidential, maintenance of documents and files, procurement of office supplies and equipment, and overall supervised seminars/ workshops. Financial work, preparation of monthly financial statements. Petty cash maintenance, Assisting in the preparation of invoices. Reimbursable Expenses, Preparation of payments voucher, and booking of expenses under the appropriate head of Accounts. Collecting Time Sheet from project team then prepare utilization of man-month. Assists TL/DTL instruction to cover day-to-day project-related activities. Follow-up and E-mail correspondence is done for all administrative and logistic arrangements of project activities;
