• RaCE Tool Support:o Provide first-line support for users of the Regulatory and Compliance Excellence (RaCE) tool, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to functionality, features, and user experience.o Guide users in utilizing the tool efficiently, including assisting with training materials and answering questions related to compliance workflows, risk assessments, and reporting features.o Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to the technical team or development for deeper analysis and resolution.• SDS Document Management:o Oversee the backup, storage, and retrieval of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and other regulatory compliance documents, ensuring that they are up-to-date and properly categorized.o Ensure that all regulatory documents are stored securely and comply with company and industry standards, including proper version control and audit trails.o Collaborate with the compliance and regulatory teams to maintain an organized, easily accessible SDS, TDS, COA, and other critical documentation cache.• Documentation and Record-Keeping:o Maintain accurate records of all customer inquiries, technical support issues, and resolution actions for both the RaCE tool and SDS document management.o Ensure that all backup and storage procedures comply with internal data retention policies and regulatory standards.o Assist with the development and maintenance of internal guidelines for SDS management, data backups, and document retrieval processes.• User Training & Support:o Conduct user training sessions for the RaCE tool, focusing on compliance workflows, system navigation, and troubleshooting basic issues.o Create or update user guides and technical documentation related to the RaCE tool and SDS management to assist both internal teams and external users.• System Backups and Data Recovery:o Regularly back up critical regulatory documents and user data from the RaCE tool to secure storage locations, ensuring timely recovery in the event of data loss.o Ensure that all backup processes are automated, reliable, and compliant with industry standards for data retention and security.
