As a part of Customer Success and Retention team, we connect with our customers and help them understand, implement and experience the product to the fullest extent possible. We interact on regular basis and try to understand the product utility from the customer perspective. Customer success is relationship focused customer management that allows for mutually beneficial outcomes. As mentioned above about product success directly proportional to customer feed back, the more success achieved by the customers the more success will be of company and the results in the rise of revenue generation. Customer retention is all not about not understanding the customer success or experience but more about prediction of any drop and to stop it. While customer success provides the data which helps to understand the customer requirements and expectations our of experience, it helps product and development teams to add the required or missing enhancement to the product. Customers will have solutions for their requirements before it turns out into a problem in the future before they turn up with a negative feedback, so no negative feedbacks then no need to leave the product which results in rise in revenue generation ultimately.Apart from Work - I love to go out everyday to relax and take fresh air for atleast 1hour, watch cricket and movies whenever possible, big fan of GOT, Breaking Bad, Ozark, Money Heist and the list goes on, being complete vegetarian, I would love to try every new vegetarian cuisine.
