With a master's degree in biotechnology and molecular genetics from Saba institute of higher education, and a bachelor's degree in soil science from University of Tabriz, I have a strong academic background and a passion for genomic medicine and personalized healthcare. As a biologist at INTERGEN Genetics and Rare Diseases Diagnosis Research & Application Center, I applied my expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS), DNA sequencing, DNA extraction, and data analysis to diagnose and research rare genetic disorders. I performed various laboratory techniques, such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR), whole exome sequencing (WES), whole genome sequencing (WGS), and copy number variation (CNV) analysis, using state-of-the-art equipment and software. I also prepared and maintained detailed reports, protocols, and databases, ensuring accuracy and quality.In collaboration with my team and other researchers, I was involved in multiple projects, publications, and partnerships, delivering high-impact results and insights. For example, I contributed to the discovery of a novel mutation in a gene associated with a rare syndrome, which was published in a prestigious journal. I also supported the development of a new diagnostic tool for a specific group of patients, which improved their clinical outcomes and quality of life.I am well-organized, methodical, and analytical, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
