In my role as Marketing and Order Group Manager I was responsible for a team of purchasing, engineering, sales, project management, technical documentation and welding responsibility to the company. One of my actions was to introduce CRM system LIME Easy and build a system to quickly deal with the various aspects of an inquiry / quotation / order / project.

The company worked with major Swedish export companies in the packaging industry, and especially Tetra Pak. I lay great emphasis on purchasing / logistics, human resource management and, negotiation and sales to new and existing customers. The company had a turnover on about 100 million SEK per year.

Over the years, I had a number of roles within the company, with an emphasis on production preparation, planning and sales. I was also partially responsible for the implementation of Microsoft XAL and was later fully responsible for upgrading to a new version of the ERP system.
