Advise employees, customers and potential customers on the technical issues that affect the sales of products and services. Provide support to the other operations and support services group which is responsible for fuel control unit, logistics support and marine support services among others. Train customers and field personnel on new products and services especially with respect to SAP based applications with major responsibilities including but not limited to the following: Liaised with the Fuel Control Supervisor to set-up contracts for the supply of Automobile Gas Oil (AGO), Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) and Aviation Fuel with various vendors to ensure uninterrupted products supply to the rigs, marine vessels and offshore production platforms. Liaise with the perpetual inventory group for timely cataloguing and ordering of various materials to support Drilling and Production activities. Manage the warehouse and inventory database. Audit the materials procurement processes and perform other oversight functions as may be assigned by the Materials Procurement Supervisor. Tracking and Settlement of contractor invoices using the SAP software (IPES) Preparation of total operating cost (CAPEX/OPEX) for cash calls reconciliation and review with JV partners (NAPIMS). Provide alternate accounting support to the support operations group – Logistics, Procurement and General Services group in both Lagos and Eket. Account Manager for warehouse account 225 – with inventory in excess of US$ 500 million for Drilling/Workover rigs, satellite platform projects and new field development projects. Provides full funding support for East Area Injection Gas Development Project.
