• Capacity planning, documentations, design and implementation of M1 Data Centre IP network infrastructure.• Prepare change request, plan and execute maintenance activities for upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning of existing infrastructures – such as routing, switching, load balancing,.• Plan and design nodes, sites and links within the national IP/MPLS Edge & Core Networks and ensure on-going development to cater for new developments in the organization’s business plan.• Act as Main Responsibility for the M1 Data Center Network, Manage Hosting Network, Managed Firewall for Enterprise Customer.• Handle Level3 /Level 4 escalations from the technical team and Operation to troubleshooting for M1 Enterprise IP network (AS 17547)

• Perform Site Surveys, provide cabling design layout , Power , Colo space and supervise the installation of new hardware in IP POP, MPLS POP, Submarine cable stations , TATA own Singapore metro network, SDH and DWDM infrastructure.• Support the expansion, upgrades and roll-outs of new network infrastructure involving hardware such as routers and switches, associated software, network monitoring and management systems.• Support engineering teams on new product/feature implementation, node deployment and technical support matters.• Handle escalations from the technical assistant team and provide onsite support on technology and troubleshooting for TATA IP network (AS 4755, AS 6453)• Testing, Commission and of the customer links for IPLC, SDH, IP, MPLS circuits, IP Peering link with TATA Service Delivery team and Local Loop provider (SingTel, Starhub)• Perform application and testing of hardware and software updates (Cisco IOS) for the routers, switches and firewalls• Provide 24 x 7 onsite technical and operational support with the coordination of TATA NOCs for various services (IPLC, Voices, SDH , MPLS,IP, Manage hosting ,SSOC and so on)• Successfully involved in setting up of TATA Data Centre (TCX) in Singapore for co-location which includes facilities infrastructure, network services and server infrastructures for both owned and clients’• Involved in various projects, , Cloud Computing Infrastructure , Managed Hosting Migration from Global Switch Data center to TATA Data Center by ensuring services requirements are met in line with business needs of the company

• Maintain operation by handling faults, dockets of international and domestic MPLS base Internet Protocol Virtual Private Network (IP VPN)• Responsible for troubleshooting and timely resolution of faults/issues in IP network supporting OSPF, BGP, MP BGP, MPLS/TE services. Provide 24 x 7 operational supports for Local MPLS (MegaPop) as well as International MPLS( Singtel Cplus) Network.• Liaise with operational supports such as Network Providers, Field Operations and Exchange Management within Singapore operations, Overseas Telco for International segment and overseas local loop, Customers and SingTel Global Office (SGO) on network infrastructure and circuit level on services restoration and maintenance.• Liaise with vendors to troubleshoot Customer Premise Equipment such as routers and switches (Cisco & Juniper), Riverbed, including Managed Services such as Router Management Service (RMS), servers and desktop.• Provide technical escalation point of contact for Corporate Customers, internal operations staff and SGO on circuit maintenance.

• Provide 7 X 24 12 hrs shift work (as a Shift leader) onsite support for Expan suite of services and Data centers• Monitoring and Escalating the customer networks issues/Bandwidth with HP openview ,MRTG• Manages and Monitor the centralize backup systems with NetBackup Software• Manage/Performance monitoring for the customer servers with BMC Software suits and HP Message Browser• Manage/Troubleshoot monitoring for the Expan Firewalls and also Shared Firewall services to the customers• Perform Leased lines Circuits troubleshooting/provisioning support for clients, networks and the suite of services offered by EXPAN Data Center• Support ISO27001, HP, and DR/BC in the area of Datacenter controls, policies, procedures, structures and software functions

• Provided technical support for the customers• Developing of Inter-Networking Infrastructure for the customers with Cisco Devices• Managing/administering/setting up enterprise network equipment’s using Cisco 2950/3550 Series Switches & Cisco 2500/2600 Series Routers, Cisco ASA/PIX Firewall / Fortigate Firewall and familiar with VLAN, Site-to-Site VPN, VPN, OSPF, RIP, STP, L2 switching• Installation, Configuration and Administration of Windows 2000, and 2003 ,Ms Exchange Repairing & Upgrading PCs and Other related devices.• Responsibility for Data Security and Network Security
