As member of the S​ustainability Dep. currentley my work is focused on ecodesign and environmental assessment of food products and processes. One of the main projects is the SENSE funded by the European Union, which aims to delvelop a harmonized method for environmental analysis of food&drink products. www.senseproject.eu
