Thai Sabai was a chic Thai catering venture I pursued when I first moved back to the UK, based in London, I provided home cooking to local businesses and homes in and around London. Which finally lead to me opening Rosa's in the Spring of 2008

Tuk Tuk Thai was a creation that me and my partner came up with that offered traditional Thai food that had quality and flavors in mind, even today Tuk Tuk is still serving in Hong Kong for the people in and around Central.
