Saiphin, founded of Rosa's Thai; a Thai food restaurant business since 2008 which now has multiple locations across the UK. In August 2016 Saiphin founded a new restaurant business concept called the Lao Cafe which opened its first location in London's Covent Garden in 2016. Saiphin is also a published author - her Rosa's Thai Cookbook and Rosa's Thai veggie cookbook has sold over 50,000 copies worldwide and counting. I set up Rosa's in 2008 with the goal of bringing authentic modern Thai food to the UK. Time Out named us as one of their best 50 restaurants in London and i haven't looked back since. We opened our second site in Soho in October 2009 as a pop-up restaurant followed by Rosa's Soho six months later. Since then we have opened additional sites at Westfield Stratford City, Carnaby, Chelsea, Angel, Victoria, Brixton, Hackney, West Hampstead and Seven Dials and have several more sites ready to roll… Show more I set up Rosa's in 2008 with the goal of bringing authentic modern Thai food to the UK.
