I work on connecting with customers for product education, feedback collection, usability improvement identification and tracking, while also enabling problem discovery and solution suggestions in the forecasting space. I also doubles up as a developer, when required, to implement or test some of these solutions in kinaxis Rapid Response, a supply chain tool. I have played brief stints with few other OTD processes, like order bank management, scheduling and sequencing or order generation as a developer/ tester or automation test specialist.I'm comfortable learning from scratch and delivering value in short time. I'm capable of understanding and candidly communicating functional and business ideas across verticals.
