I am a final year Mechanical Engineering student. The best way I would describe myself is as someone who is extremely curious with an intense passion for learning new concepts. I suppose one of the reasons for choosing mechanical engineering for my undergraduate degree was so I could equip myself with the tools that enable me to apply the structural knowledge of the world around me to build something functional.I believe my curiosity about how things work in the physical world is reflected in my strong background in math and science, to the point where I would be approached by parents to help their kids with math, science, and English in school growing up. Thus ensued the start of the several tutoring/teaching experiences I went on to have and still engage in as a freelance ESL teacher in Anglu Kalbos. I am quite grateful for having such experiences as it has taught me immense patience and empathy towards people and kids of all backgrounds, along with the opportunity to finesse my communication skills. Additionally, this helped me excel in the short time I worked as a Sales Manager in UAB Ranit, right before I had to direct all my focus on my studies.
