- Extracting 2D drawings from 3D models using Bentley software.- Modifying and re-creating 3D models using OpenBuilding Designer whenever a model issue arises.- Producing civil and mechanical drawings using Microstation.- Provide training for the new joiners especially in the use of ProjectWise and other Bentley softwares.- Perform regular quality checks on designs and drawings including my teammates' works to ensure compliance with HS2 standards.- Managing and distributing tasks to our 3D/BIM team to meet deadline submission based on the allocated time-frame.- Rebar detailing of the 2D drawings extracted from the 3D models.- Contribute Computer Aided Design (CAD) to projects as directed, ensuring Client commitments are met.- Undertake the duties of designer as highlighted in CDM legislation.- Deliver tasks to the required quality, time and budget under direction by others, with self-checking.- Plan and prioritize assigned tasks effectively for the team members, reporting back on progress and delivering on commitments I have made.- Contribute to the team’s achievement of Annual Plan by meeting or exceeding project targets.

Mechanical/Oil&Gas- Visits building sites to collect data for propose and as-built drawings.- Determines impact of site requirements and following LPG Industry standard & rules before doing drawings.- Uses manual drawing skills for plans sketches for a clarifications of LPG Piping layout.- Understands the equations, calculations and written instructions from engineers before beginning a CAD drawing.- To layout new piping for new tenants/clients and revise existing Drawings.- Revises drawings based on instructions from engineers.- Draw 3D models of tank farm and tank manifold using AutoCAD software for project presentation and execution.- Meets all deadlines.- Stores drawings electronically for later use.

- Prepare detailed engineering design for CAPEX projects in accordance with specified quality, cost and time frame and acceptability as prescribed by the company.- Assists the survey team in undertaking the planimetric / topographic surveys prior in the preparation and field investigation / inspection for modification / upgrading of business offices, warehouses, treatment plants and other less complex structures within the given time frame.- To update detailed engineering design / Architectural drawings status including the preparation of Architectural / Structural / Survey unit's personnel work allocation to be furnished on or before the set deadlines.- To plot all Survey data for CAPEX projects & lot verification data- To layout new development and revise existing Maynilad Standard Drawing.- To encode the gathered planimetric & topographic survey of various proposed CAPEX projects.- Does other related engineering and management tasks as may be assigned Transmitting all finished CAD file to requestor.
