I'm part of the Talent Acquisition team, in which my primary domain is in Campus Hiring and University Relations.I take care of the end to end process of campus recruitment which we do from some of the esteemed institutes/Colleges in India.Improve quality of job opportunities.Research and develop new opportunities to generate new placements.Manage and further develop good relationships and strong links with University/Institution.Ensure that students and staff are aware of the event.meet students to brief him/her about any problems or concerns. Organize and run per-placement sessions for outgoing students and debriefings for returning students through discussion, consideration and evaluation of personal and professional development through placement. This post involves responsibility of connecting with all the placement officers in Karnataka,Tamilnadu,Andhra,Kerala and planning,implementation of campus recruitment in top engineering colleges and Arts & Science Colleges.Worked on End to End Recruitment activities, which include Sourcing, Screening Technical, Background checks, Candidate engagement, Business Manpower Management, Employee Referrals.Involved in front-end activities for campus and off campus drives.Completing pre and post recruitment transactions.Managing the on-boarding process and performing any post on-boarding activities.Updating candidates’ status and technical comments.Managing the full recruiting life cycle of fresher hiring.Market Analysis in terms of fresher talent acquisition /Experience.
